The EU Whistleblowing Directive: Everything you need to know

The Whistleblowing Directive entered into force on 16 December 2019 and must be implemented by EU member states by 17 December 2021.

In this webinar, we summarise the key takeaways from the Whistleblowing Directive for Belgian legal entities active in the private sector, all subject to the final legislative texts implementing the Whistleblower Directive into Belgian law.
